In my 11 years of practice, I have experience in the treatment of mental health issues including trauma, depression, anxiety, attachment/relationship issues, behavioral issues, and life transitions. I consider myself an eclectic therapist. I incorporate evidence-based practices into my work with clients and individualize my techniques and approaches to best address their needs.
