I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I have been in practice for over 25 years. My approach is eclectic. We are all different people, and we all need different ways of processing our needs. Together, we decide what approach is best for you. My focus I like to work with people who have chosen to go to therapy, people who show up regardless and take risks. Connecting the dots from our childhood and growing years often helps us understand how we see the world and how the world sees us. My journey to mental healthcare I grew up in a large family, traveling the world and changing schools often. It was surprising how my siblings and I shared the same experience but processed it differently.
