Getting to know Marilyn Rose

Hi. My name is Marilyn Rose, LMFT. Having been a licensed therapist in Sacramento for over 20 years. I am excited about working with adults and their aging parents. A certified Grief Therapist and educated in Geriatric care, I have personal experience as a care giver / case manager for my elderly parents. I have expertise in helping clients with life transitions, and empowering them to develop coping strategies. Essentially, I aid my clients in creating their individualized life paths within a secure and sacred space. As a Licensed Marriage, Family Therapist it is out of my scope of practice to treat people with Personality Disorders. Due to the limitations of teletherapy, I choose not to work with couples. Due to lack of training, I am not seeing clients with illegal substances, gambling, and sex addictions. My preference is to work with women over the age of 35, may have ADHD /Autism issues, grief and loss issues, eating disorders, caregivers of family/friends.

She provides knowledge and support through my individual challenges. Each session has assistance me navigating through my circumstances.
Picking only 2 for Ms. Rose feels like I’m cheating her. I have gained strength & so much more from the time I’ve been under her care. She really cares about My wellbeing & health, safety, more.
