Their goals may be focused on self-awareness, emotional regulation, and meaningful relationships. Ultimately, my client wants to feel more grounded and confident in who they are. They want to live a life with more clarity and authenticity. I'm a compassionate therapist with extensive experience in crisis and suicide intervention. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Salisbury University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware. I understand the importance of support in the moment while also building long-term skills for healing. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to help you navigate life's challenges, whatever they may be. Regardless of the challenge, we will work through it together.
