“Dr. Walker‚Äôs use of metaphors related to my interests and issues is initially what convinced me to continue sessions with her. Since the beginning of our time together, she‚Äôs been empathic when reflecting what I‚Äôve shared and has disclosed some aspects of her life when related and clinically significant‚Äîwhich truly added another level of comfort for me. At times when I wasn‚Äôt feeling understood or supported in session, she navigated difficult conversations with grace. She‚Äôs honestly the best!”

Getting to know Marina Walker

All journeys, including epic ones like yours, require provisions and tools, and you may be longing for support that's as kind as it is wise, safe, nurturing, and accurate. Whether you're struggling in the Terrible Desert or leaving the City of Stability in search of the City of Joy, your path is unique, dynamic, and ever unfolding. Finding perspectives that bring relief, peace, and freedom-especially in times of transition and suffering-is a part of how we heal, get to thriving, and write the story of our wholeness. My specialty is helping people remember who they are. I am a Spiritual Gardener. Woven from joy and truth, loss, life, identity, the unknowable, and dreams, I provide practical, inspired support in the language of nature and cosmic worlds, alchemized through metaphor, story, art, ancestors, imagination, and spirit to facilitate transformation and growth. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, grounding my work in both deep insight and clinical understanding. No matter how broken you may feel, you will discover that you're already whole, lit up from within by an invisible, benevolent source connecting you to all of life. Wherever you are on your path-near, far, or longtime adrift-I welcome you to my Spiritual Garden, a place of refuge, resource, and renewal-for your life and the parts of you waiting to be known come home. The way forward will unfold, and I am here to help.

Dr. Walker’s use of metaphors related to my interests and issues is initially what convinced me to continue sessions with her. Since the beginning of our time together, she’s been empathic when reflecting what I’ve shared and has disclosed some aspects of her life when related and clinically significant—which truly added another level of comfort for me. At times when I wasn’t feeling understood or supported in session, she navigated difficult conversations with grace. She’s honestly the best!
I couldn’t ask for a better therapist. Marina has helped me tremendously. She is so kind and patient and helps me on a weekly basis. She is so knowledgeable and I am grateful to have found her.
Marina listened and supportive. She made me feel heard and understood. She helped me walk through my trauma and helped me see a different perspective. Marina was easy to talk to and she gave me the space to share everything I was going through. Marina gave me some coping strategies to use and I’m still continuing to do and reading my list often. Marina is knowledgeable and her experience helped me with everything I’m going through.
She listens, her compassion and insight, Her patience. I can’t put into words the difference she has made in my life, the tools she has help me to develop to handle not only the big things in life but not to worry so much about the what ifs in life I have no control over. Absolutely love and recommend her.
Marina has been amazing. I have made so much progress with her in such a short amount of time. She is knowledgeable and professional and I am so grateful to have found her.
