My focus I work with individual adults to help them shift toward positive beliefs about themselves-recognizing their worth, understanding they deserve good things, and acknowledging they are doing their best despite life's obstacles. Life is made up of countless puzzle pieces, and my role is to help you sort through those pieces so you can continue creating your unique puzzle. My communication style I create a comfortable and casual environment where we can openly discuss some of the most challenging concerns you bring to therapy.
