Psychotherapist
NJ
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Rutgers University, where I also completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, relationship concerns, and other life stressors. In addition to my clinical training, I bring valuable experience in crisis intervention from my work as a crisis screening clinician at Rutgers Acute Psychiatric Services for Middlesex County, where I supported both children and adults referred for psychiatric evaluation. I also served in the U.S. Army National Guard from 2018 to 2021 as an Automated Logistical Specialist, attaining the rank of E4 (Specialist). This experience strengthened my ability to remain calm under pressure, think critically in high-stakes situations, and approach challenges with structure and adaptability. These qualities inform my clinical work, particularly in supporting clients who are navigating stress, major life transitions, or high-demand environments. My approach to therapy is client-centered and strengths-based, with an emphasis on creating a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. I recognize that beginning therapy can take courage and am committed to fostering a comfortable, nonjudgmental environment where each person can express themselves in a way that feels natural and meaningful. In the first session, clients can expect a warm, accepting atmosphere and an opportunity to begin sharing their concerns at their own pace. We will work together to develop a treatment plan tailored to each client’s needs and goals. I provide a thoughtful framework along with practical tools to help clients manage difficult emotions, strengthen relationships, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience.
