Psychotherapist
CA
So much of your life may have been spent holding everything together—staying strong, pushing through, and showing up for others even when things feel feel like too much. Over time, anxiety can start to feel louder, relationships more complicated, and or old experiences may surface in ways that feel unexpected or hard to carry alone. Beneath it all, there can be a quiet sense that something needs to shift—a desire for more grounding, clarity, and connection to yourself. Therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and begin learning new ways of coping—without having to put your entire life on hold. In our work together, we slow things down—just enough—to help you feel grounded, connected, and calm in your body. We gently untangle patterns, build awareness, and create space to show up intentionally with yourself and others.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with young adults and new mothers navigating daily stressors, attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, and the effects of complex trauma. Many of my clients have spent years 'surviving' — staying busy, capable, and staying in motion — all while quietly longing for support, clarity, and emotional safety. Therapy becomes the place where you no longer have to carry it all alone.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My style is warm, conversational, and genuine. I help clients untangle patterns, understand their emotions, and build tools that bring ease and balance into your everyday life.
