Psychotherapist
FL
Many of the clients I serve feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, whether it’s due to anxiety, depression, or life transitions. Some of the areas addressed in therapy include struggles with self-doubt, day-to-day stressors, or people-pleasing. These concerns often make individuals feel like they’re carrying the expectations of others, whether it be from family, work, or society. Many of my clients are women dealing with career pressures, relationships, or personal growth, but I also work with men seeking clarity and balance in their lives. One of the main goals in therapy is doing the inner work to learn more about oneself and developing healthy coping skills. My approach My approach to therapy is systemic and holistic, focusing on a whole-person-centered perspective. I consider various factors that may lead to conflicts, explore solutions, reorient my clients' mindsets, and help them look beyond the problem. My desire is for clients to feel our work together is collaborative, growth-oriented, and continues beyond sessions, given the time, tools, and trust we build. Personal growth is an ongoing process. My focus I work with individuals who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, possibly due to anxiety, depression, or life transitions. They may be struggling with self-doubt, stress, or people-pleasing, often feeling burdened. While many of my clients are women navigating career, relationships, or personal growth, I also support men seeking clarity and balance. My communication style I believe in creating a safe and understanding environment where people can openly share and explore, prioritizing clear and open communication. I practice active listening and give space to reflect on your experiences with you as a compassionate, attentive, and empathetic partner. I'm all about making clients feel heard, understood, and safe to explore their thoughts and feelings.
