I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Florida International University. I have been providing psychotherapy for the past 17 years. My professional and educational background has given me a very effective approach to treating clients experiencing a variety of issues affecting their emotional wellbeing. I work with individuals, couples, and adolescents. I use evidence-based practices proven to increase client success. However, I recognize that every individual is unique and tailor my treatment to be most beneficial for each client. Ultimately, the goal in therapy is to empower my clients to become experts at facing life’s challenges in a calm and confident manner.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

I've been to 15+ different therapists in the past and she's been one of if not the best one I've had. Her methods of therapy have been really effective at helping identify what is causing me issues, how to tackle them, how to stay more present and she's been incredibly kind and empathetic since the start.
She also summarizes important sessions where we had breakthroughs and sends emails with the summary or tips to help me handle things myself, which is something I've never had with any other therapist in the past.
I 100% recommend her!
