Psychotherapist
CA
I am a dedicated and compassionate psychotherapist specializing in individual therapy for adults and Transitional Age Youth (TAY) in California. I hold a Master’s in Somatic Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, which enriches my understanding of the mind-body connection in healing. With a strong foundation in evidence-based approaches, I integrate various therapeutic modalities to meet the unique needs of my clients. By incorporating Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I provide a comprehensive and holistic approach to healing. Furthermore, my work is heavily influenced by my studies of Non-Violent Communication (NVC), enabling me to foster empathy, promote effective communication, and support clients in developing healthy relationships with themselves and others. With a client-centered focus, I strive to create a safe and nurturing space where individuals can explore their inner experiences, heal from past traumas, and cultivate personal growth.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
