I did not get to have a visit with any provider. When I called at my appointment time, I was told that I did not have an appointment and it is a third party app that has nothing to do with them. I tried explaining that I really needed the appointment but the lady was not able/willing to help me. I was devastated!!! I have been waiting for this appointment and to find out I wasn’t even scheduled. Unacceptable! Cannot play with peoples mental health
