Hi there, I'm Martin! Starting therapy can feel intimidating at first, yet deeply empowering once you begin the journey. I commend you for taking the first step toward self-discovery and healing. I work with individuals ranging from teenagers to seniors who may be experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, and various life stressors. My focus I work with clients from diverse backgrounds who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, self-doubt, trauma, mood-related challenges, and everyday life stressors. I believe in meeting individuals where they are with compassion, respect, and without judgment, while helping them build resilience, emotional balance, and confidence. My approach I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Reality Therapy ( RT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help clients better understand themselves and gain control over unhelpful thoughts and behavioral patterns. My approach is active, collaborative, and client-centered. My communication style I strive to make therapy a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. I value authentic therapeutic relationships built through trust. In sessions, I offer feedback, help identify strengths, gently challenge unhelpful assumptions, ask reflective questions, and support you in uncovering insights that promote healing and growth. My journey to mental healthcare My journey into therapy began with a simple trip to the school clinic with a back pain that turned out to be a symptom of depression. This experience changed the direction of my life to therapy to help others to make sense of their emotional struggles and hidden pains. I strongly believe in the expression, “The body lives where the mind lives." My goals for you I work with clients from diverse backgrounds who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, self-doubt, trauma, mood-related challenges, and everyday life stressors.
