Originally from Haiti, I migrated to the U.S. at age 9 and grew up in Queens, NY. Fluent in Haitian Creole and French, I deeply understands the impact of childhood trauma, xenophobia, and adjustment difficulties on mental health. I hold a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and a bachelor's in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College. I was trained at an Intensive Outpatient facility, working with dual-diagnosis clients. My approach fosters a supportive, non-judgmental environment for self-exploration, healing, and Self-leadership. Passionate about animals, I volunteered at the Humane Society Wildlife in Miami. In my free time, I enjoy being with family and my 6-year-old pocket bully.
