Getting to know Mary Alma Collins

My passion is in using my authentic self to connect with clients and discover with them new paths in their life and their nervous systems. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I am very open and nonjudgmental, empathetic and compassionate. I strongly believe in social justice and racial equity. I love supporting clients who are willing to be vulnerable with me and can be open-minded in exploring treatment approaches. You are not broken! We live in a society that create anxiety, depression, and trauma. You are not alone. Cis-gendered, hetero, Northern-European and Cajun neurodivergent white woman working to decolonize my therapy practice and be a strong advocate for marginalized people in a way that decenters whiteness and eurocentrism.
