Psychotherapist
3401 Quebec St, #4500, Denver, CO
Please note I am only able to meet via telehealth until July 1 when I will begin to see people in person again. *I operate as an out-of-network provider and do not take insurance.* Hi, I'm Bella! I work with adults and couples to help them break free from old patterns, reconnect to themselves, and experience genuine, lasting change. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver. I believe that therapy is a collaborative space where you always have the agency to steer your own growth. I offer care that is deeply relational, warm, and paced to honor your unique story and goals. Whether we are navigating deep-rooted history or focusing on your daily life, my aim is to help you build true nervous system safety and find an inner trust that lasts so you can feel capable and rooted in your own life. Together, we will work to understand where stuck cycles stem from while building a practical, personalized path forward. In my practice, I blend Narrative and Internal Family Systems tools with Relational and ACT frameworks. Though I gravitate towards these tools, I am not rigid; I draw from a wide range of experience to ensure our work directly meets your needs and respects your timeline. I am here to be a dedicated ally as you navigate life's complexities and move towards healing. Whether you are struggling with feeling disconnected, relationship distress, overthinking, or general life transitions, I am here to offer hope, empathy, and personalized next steps tailored to your specific goals. You don’t have to arrive with all the answers or a perfect plan. Let’s see if we’re the right fit with a free 30-minute consultation call.

What should a new client know about working with you?

It is my intention to help you feel truly seen and respected so you can break free from old patterns and find your way back to yourself. I offer therapy that is warm, conversational, and entirely down-to-earth. I don't sit behind a wall of clinical detachment, so you can expect me to bring my real self to every single session. Through our work together, you will have a safe, predictable space to bring your worries, your history, and your goals. You always have the absolute agency to ask questions, say no, or pivot our focus because we are partners in this process. You never have to arrive with all the answers or a perfect plan. When you sit down with me, we will look beyond just the words you say. I pay close attention to subtle cues like your tone of voice or changes in posture to help you notice when your body might be subconsciously holding onto tension or stress. By bringing gentle curiosity to these moments, we can create the internal safety your nervous system needs to process life events and heal. Together, we will treat your challenges with creativity and use practical tools that actually click for your daily life so you can feel deeply rooted and capable.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Once you book an appointment with me through Zocdoc, you can expect a personal email or phone call from me within one business day to say hello and confirm our time. You will also get an invite from Sessions Health, which is the secure platform I use for all my records. It will prompt you to set up a quick account and fill out your initial paperwork and assessments. Please make sure to complete and sign these online before we meet. Because they cover essential legal and clinical pieces, we won't be able to dive into our session until they are all set. Our very first session together will be an intake session. This is a dedicated space where we will look at your background, talk through your history, and start figuring out what you want your goals to look like. When I reach out via email or phone before we meet, please feel free to share a little bit about what's bringing you into therapy right now. The length of time people stay in therapy looks different for everyone. This process is deeply rewarding but intentional work, and my hope is that you will quickly settle into the rhythm of our sessions and start noticing meaningful shifts in your day-to-day life. We will always collaborate and look at how things are feeling for you outside of our sessions to decide together when you are ready to pause or wrap up therapy. Please know that when you book a session with me, I am fully committed to showing up and being truly present for you during that time. When I accept your appointment, I trust that you will show up and be present too. I ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you ever need to cancel or reschedule. If an appointment is canceled or changed with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged the full session fee.
