Getting to know Mary Beth Johnson

Do you find yourself tired of having other people's worldviews and judgments imposed upon you? Do you feel that no matter how hard you try, nothing you do is ever enough? It is my goal to provide a safe space where clients can truly be themselves without fear of judgment. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy; instead, I tailor each session to fit the unique needs of the person or persons in front of me. I work with couples and families to help them find peace and stability in their relationships. I also have extensive experience working with children and teenagers in various settings and roles. These experiences enable me to consider every aspect of their lives and how these factors affect their well-being and mental health. I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pfeiffer University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support individuals, couples, and families effectively. I am honored to work with my clients and do not take this responsibility lightly. During our sessions, I offer compassion, hope, and practical ways to address the issues you are facing.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
