Hello, I'm Mary. I earned my master's degree from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, and I am currently working on my doctorate at Walden University. Over the years, I've had the privilege of helping diverse individuals overcome barriers that prevent them from enjoying their lives fully. My approach to therapy is rooted in evidence-based techniques, including those specifically tailored for the veteran population. This allows us to work through obstacles together and achieve the outcomes you desire for a happier, healthier life.
