For the past 10 years, I've been employed at CommQuest Services, specializing in the child, adolescent, and family population. I'm also trained in EMDR, a powerful technique for alleviating symptoms related to traumatic stress. In our sessions, you can expect a compassionate and collaborative environment where your unique experiences and needs are honored. My goal is to help you gain the tools and insights needed to navigate life's challenges and achieve a sense of well-being. Outside of my professional life, I find balance through playing tennis, reading, connecting with friends and family, my faith, and spending time in nature. These activities help me recharge and stay grounded, so I can be fully present for my clients.
