I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 36 years experience in the counseling field. My career has been focused primarily on working with adults, empowering them to explore their thoughts and feelings surrounding life's challenges and helping them create a fulfilling future. Common challenges I have successfully helped clients address include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, substance use, chronic illness, and chronic pain, as well as building greater self-esteem, self-compassion, and confidence. I have a passion for helping older individuals meet their goals, improve the quality of their life, and feel better about who they are and the choices they are making day-to-day.

We'll take the time to get to know each other, talk about how therapy works, what to expect moving forward, and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful to you. My goal is for you to feel seen, heard, and supported, knowing that you are not alone and I am here to encourage and support you every step of the way.
