Attachment theory and narrative especially resonate with me, and I also find value in approaches such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. I am fully client-centered and believe that you know yourself, even if you do not yet realize it. This journey calls for a true partnership. My focus Is your main concern your body size or shape?
