My approach is client-centered, and I am dedicated to tailoring our sessions to meet your unique needs and goals. I look forward to working with you and tailoring a treatment plan for you. My approach In my approach to therapy, I want to create a space where you can feel heard and supported every step of the way. We’ll explore ways to move forward that feel right for you. My focus I have worked with clients ranging from adults to retirees across a wide range of concerns regarding: Personal counseling, specializing in anxiety, depression, life-changing transitions, and dealing with loss. I also have experience helping with family relations issues and recovering from emotional abuse. Career counseling, career transition, career challenges, workplace conflict, self-assessment, career exploration and planning, job search strategies, adaptation to a new role, and follow-up. Administering and interpreting formal assessments to better understand personality, interest preference for careers, interpersonal dynamics, group dynamics, and career planning. My communication style My counseling style is person-centered, supportive, and interactive. I believe all people should be treated with respect and compassion. Labels and diagnoses can be limiting and do not tell a person's whole story. We will begin where you are and construct a plan to get you where you want to be.
