Whether you are here for your own well-being or on behalf of your child, I look forward to being a supportive and compassionate therapist for you. I have a strong passion for working with children, teens, and young adults to address barriers to success in various areas of life and enhance their overall wellness. I am especially dedicated to helping those struggling with self-image, emotion regulation, frustration tolerance, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Dominican University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to provide effective, empathetic care.

What should a new client know about working with you?

As I have spent my career so far in school social work, I am very comfortable working with children in all grades and have significant experience assisting children in creating strategies to address their barriers to joy and success. I use solution focused and strength based interventions all while creating a safe space and positive rapport.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I come to each session with a non judgmental, collaborative and warm approach. I admire and respect our ability to make changes that allow us to live our most satisfying and fruitful life; this is your chance to make one of those changes.
