My name is Mary Russell-Wright, and I am a Professional Licensed Counselor passionate about working with diverse populations experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, and other stressors related to family and work. I hold an MEd in Special Education from the University of West Georgia, which enriches my understanding of individual needs and learning styles.

I specialize in caring for your emotional, mental, and overall well-being using a person-centered and cognitive-based approach. I have successfully worked with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and relationship issues. As part of the therapy process, it is imperative that we build a relationship fostering trust between therapist and client.
