Mary is an experienced Psychotherapist and Career Coach with ten years of experience in career services and counseling. Mary is the founder of Renovaris, LLC. She currently provides all coaching and psychotherapy services for Renovaris. Previously, she worked at The Busch School of Business at The Catholic University of America, Georgetown University in the Cawley Career Education Center, and at the University of Houston in the Rockwell Career Center. She has served countless clients in all her roles. Previously in her roles at universities, she provided interview skills training, professional development workshops, therapy appointments, and numerous one-on-one career counseling appointments. She works closely with each of her clients, enabling them to think deeply about their purpose, interests, skills, and goals. Her mission is to view each individual as a whole person and accompany them in their personal journey. Mary holds a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University. Mary has completed a one year training program in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from the Washington School of Psychiatry. Mary has also been invited to speak on various topics such as - work/life balance and to provide career-related training workshops to a few local organizations throughout her time in this field. When not in working with clients, she strives to live a full life and loves being outdoors, playing with her pup - Bonnie, hiking, and journaling.
