I’m a private practice therapist with many years of experience helping people work through anxiety, depression, trauma, and life’s many challenges. I like to build trust and create a space for you to be comfortable and feel valued. I can’t say enough about how I am focused on being 100% nonjudgmental . I hold independent licensure in both Florida and Ohio. My work focuses on anxiety, depression, grief, and supporting clients through life transitions and finding balance. Given feedback I get, helping with anxiety and panic are big strengths of mine. I bring a warm, nonjudgmental (again, it’s a theme!) , and genuine approach to therapy, creating an environment where you can feel understood, and supported- no matter what . Clients often describe me as warm, easy to talk to, and authentic. I practice with a strong foundation of unconditional positive regard—I’m truly in your corner. You have control over your journey, and together we can focus on practical tools, deeper healing, or both, at a pace that feels right for you. I am genuine , and as I am aging I have learned a lot and I think I should share some of it. I hope the best for you !

Mary is kind and easy to talk to, but its mostly just been conversation. Which perhaps all this is intended to be- but she hasn't offered much in the way of solutions like things to work on before our next session- or coping mechanisms. Just chatting about the week- which has its value, but I was hoping to feel like I was more actively healing from my trauma.
