I am a private practice therapist who has many years of experience working with those struggling with anxiety, depression and everything in between. I have the highest independent license in both Ohio and Florida. My primary specialties are working with clients who struggle with generalized anxiety, panic, phobias, substance abuse, depression, relationship issues, stressors, dysfunction and loss. I also work well with those who seek balance and need assistance navigating through life transitions. I am absolutely a non-judgmental cheerleader for you! I am an empathetic and encouraging helper, who focuses on the well-being of my client. I take a gentle approach and create rapport and trust as we begin unraveling the tangles of whatever brings you to me. Client feedback that I get most often is that I am knowledgeable, warm, easy to talk to, and authentic. I very much appreciate diversity and I am very open-minded. Life is hard enough, no one needs judgement or to experience discrimination , hate or exclusion. I love what I do and bring a philosophy of complete, unwavering, UNCONDITIONAL positive regard with me. I embrace this philosophy not just because I should- but also because when asked, it is hands down the most frequently identified intervention my clients have expressed that they needed most.
