Albert enjoys working with individuals, families, couples, and groups to foster desired changes, develop skills to better manage presenting problems, and increase overall agency in one’s life. Outside of work, Albert stays active through walking, tennis, and yoga, engages in daily self-care, explores new interests such as learning guitar, enjoys live music and travel, and values time spent with friends and family.
