What should a new client know about working with you?

I create a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are. I don’t believe you need to have the “right” words or a clear plan to start therapy, just a willingness to begin. From our first session, my goal is to help you feel comfortable, understood, and genuinely supported. I’m passionate about helping you feel less alone, build resilience, and move toward a life that feels grounded, meaningful, and authentically your own.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
