What should a new client know about working with you?

During the initial session we will become more familiar with each other. I'll talk about my approach to the therapeutic process and you'll tell me not only the issue(s) bringing you into therapy but any important components which will benefit your success in our collaborative process. I believe that you are the gatekeeper to your own wellbeing. Therefore, we will, along the way, evaluate progress and if changing direction is required, we will make that determination and do so. It's not unusual for clients to depart from the therapeutic session feeling an increased sense of wellness but, the possibility of leaving sessions with a self-inquiry about what else is possible where personal growth and healing is concerned is also likely.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
