I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) from Argosy University and have been a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for over 17 years. With more than 25 years of experience treating children and adults with a variety of mental health concerns and diagnoses, I am a nationally certified counselor and a multi-state Licensed Professional Counselor. My career has included roles in schools-as both a teacher and a counselor-as well as experience in group homes, hospitals, and outpatient settings. I also teach psychology classes at local colleges and universities and am an active volunteer in the community. I have a strong focus on proper diagnostic assessment paired with empathic treatment planning. Additionally, I enjoy working with students and Residents and am a board-approved LPC Supervisor in the state of Virginia.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
