Most relevant

This was beyond a disappointing experience. I booked the appointment followed all the steps logged onto the meeting and the therapist never arrived. I waited for over 40 minutes before logging off. It took a ton of reflection and vulnerability to even get the courage to seek therapy and for someone not to show up is just awful.
