All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's degree from Florida International University, I use a systemic approach. This means I make connections and evaluate all areas of your life. As your therapist, I am committed to being open and providing you a safe space to express yourself. I will be empathetic and offer support whenever you need it. Therapy is an interactive process where I use therapeutic strategies to guide you through obstacles. I am dedicated to being non-biased and non-judgmental. I remain patient and flexible, adjusting approaches when something isn't effective. I will gently challenge you to bring about the change you seek and ultimately become the best version of yourself!

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
