I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 30 years of professional experience. I earned both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mental Health Counseling from Florida International University. I have extensive experience helping clients manage stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, and depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
