My experience primarily involves working with children and adolescents, though I also work with adults. I primarily utilize CBT and a strengths-based approach in my work with clients. I work with adolescents and adults who are experiencing anxiety, stress, grief and loss, and those having difficulty managing the relationships in their lives.
