If you are dealing with anxiety and are tired of dealing with the stress, worry, trouble sleeping, and overthinking, I'm the right therapist for you. Many people who struggle with anxiety appear high-achieving on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stressed, and disconnected on the inside. They try to hold it all together, yet they often hit a breaking point or their health suffers. I understand this struggle personally. I specialize in anxiety, OCD, trauma, and attachment. I work with children (ages 6 and up), teens, adults, and couples who want to move from fear-based living to a life guided by their values and inner clarity.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe that lasting transformation happens when we shift from just managing symptoms to living in alignment with what truly matters to us. I help clients reconnect with values like compassion, honesty, kindness, humor, spirituality, and authenticity, using those as a roadmap for growth. With training in EMDR and a strong background across various mental health settings such as community clinics, residential treatment, and private practice, I offer a neuroscience-informed, deeply compassionate space for healing. My therapeutic approach blends practical skills from CBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing with deeper work around identity, values, and relational dynamics.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When clients work with me, they often learn how to: - Release anxiety, control, and shame-based patterns - Heal attachment wounds and improve their relationships - Process trauma in a safe and empowering way - Navigate OCD, trichotillomania, and identity concerns with compassion - Build a life based on purpose, not fear If you are ready to stop over-functioning and start living more fully and freely, I offer a grounded and caring space to support you in becoming the version of yourself you long to be.
