What should a new client know about working with you?

I’m trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I use these evidence-based approaches to help clients better understand their emotions, process difficult experiences, and navigate challenges with greater confidence. My experience includes outpatient mental health treatment, supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, and helping athletes manage performance anxiety through my background in competitive gymnastics coaching.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
