Hi there, I'm Meechal! My name is Meechal Hall, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I earned my Master’s in Social Work from San Francisco State University. I live on the Central Coast in California, providing therapeutic services statewide via telehealth. I specialize in working with individuals navigating grief and loss. My approach My approach is strengths-based and varies depending on your needs. Generally, I utilize concepts from motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, and other person-centered modalities. My focus My specialties include grief and loss. I also have expertise in working with individuals and families where a loved one might have received a life-changing and/or terminal diagnosis. My journey to mental healthcare I chose to become a therapist because I’m that person individuals are drawn to when they need support. Becoming a therapist gave me the background to support individuals therapeutically and help them get to where they want to go.
