I strive to help people feel accepted and comfortable as we do our work together. I have experience working with a variety of individuals: children and adults with anxiety and/or depression, individuals in the fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum journey, individuals with serious mental illness, couples seeking a better relationship, and families working to improve communication, to name a few. I am happy to work individually with someone or incorporate family or couples work. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash-pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
