Are you feeling burned out, disconnected from yourself or the people around you, or stuck navigating a stressful job, relationship, or life transition? Maybe you've been carrying the weight of past trauma, or you're finding it harder to trust your own patterns and decisions. You don't have to keep pushing through it alone. I work with individuals who are ready to build real self-awareness, strengthen their relationships, and make lasting change that actually fits their values, not someone else's idea of what healing should look like. Using approaches like Internal Family Systems, DBT, and CBT, I help you understand the parts of yourself that feel stuck or overwhelmed, and build the clarity and confidence to move forward. My goal is to help you access the strength that's already inside you as you work toward the life you actually want.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I bring warmth, curiosity, and directness to our work together. I won't hand you a generic checklist or expect you to fit into a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I'll get to know your specific patterns, your history, and what's actually getting in your way, then tailor our work from there. I also bring a background in organizational leadership alongside my clinical training, so I understand the pressures of demanding jobs, high expectations, and burnout from the inside, not just in theory. Whether you're navigating a difficult relationship, a stressful career, or the lingering effects of past trauma, I want you to feel like you have a real partner in the room with you, not just someone taking notes. You don't need to have it all figured out before we start. You just need to be ready to show up as you are.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, my focus is simply getting to know you: what's brought you to therapy, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping is different on the other side. There's no pressure to have the "right" answers here. We're just starting to map things out together. From there, we'll build a plan that fits your specific goals, whether that means working through a difficult life transition, processing trauma, addressing burnout, or strengthening a relationship. I'll share the frameworks and approaches I think could help, like Internal Family Systems, DBT, or CBT, and we'll adjust as we go based on what's actually working for you. Throughout our work together, we'll check in regularly on how things are progressing. Therapy should feel like it's moving you somewhere, and if something isn't landing, I want to know so we can shift course. You're the expert on your own life. My job is to bring structure, tools, and support to help you get where you're trying to go.
