I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. I have almost a decade of experience in training and working with systemic therapy and families. I am adept at supporting clients in identifying patterns in their relationships in all capacities and working to shift them to work for them. I also have experience and training in CBT and ERP. Starting therapy is a huge and emotional first step; I hope to be there to support you in getting started and guiding you through this journey.
