I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I specialize in trauma, mood disorders, anxiety and substance use. Using evidence-based treatments and strategies I can help you to manage stress and gain more clarity about your thoughts and beliefs and how they affect your life.
