If your brain feels like it has too many browser tabs open, therapy can be the place where we slow down and navigate them together. Therapy with me is about creating a safe, supportive space where you can show up as yourself, messy parts and all. I work with people facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, life transitions, and relationship stress, and I bring warmth, humor, and compassion to the process. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, grounded in trauma-informed care, somatic awareness, and evidence-based strategies with practical skills you can use in daily life. Together, we’ll sort through what feels heavy and move toward more clarity, confidence, and ease. My approach My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each person's needs. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a conversation, not a lecture, so I bring warmth, compassion, and a touch of humor into our sessions. When it’s helpful, I’ll guide you in tuning into your body for insight, and we’ll look at how past relationships may be influencing your life today. At times, we may explore the bigger picture, or we may decide to look at the deeper meaning behind your experiences. We can also create and utilize evidence-based practices that are adapted to your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll name the things that feel overwhelming with curiosity and care, building the clarity and insight you need to move forward in your life with confidence. My focus Are you carrying the weight of anxious thoughts, relationship stress, or big life changes that leave you feeling unsure how to move through it all? Many of my clients come to therapy feeling like they’ve been “holding it together” on the outside while quietly struggling on the inside. I work with clients who are managing anxiety, self-doubt, and life transitions, whether that’s starting a new chapter, rebuilding after loss, adjusting to a major change, or learning how to set healthier boundaries.
