Welcome to mental health therapy. I’m here to make sure that your goals while in therapy are accomplished. I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space to promote your emotional wellness and personal growth. My approach I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns. This approach is hands-on and gives you tools to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors. Based on your unique needs, I may adapt my approach to include practices like mindfulness and mood regulation. My focus Have you been struggling with depressive thoughts and loss of interest in daily activities you once enjoyed? I work with adults of all ages experiencing self-doubt, grief, and working through trauma. I will work with you to increase coping skills and create a plan for empowerment and a greater quality of life. My communication style I prioritize clear, open communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening and will provide you with opportunities to reflect on your experiences as an empathetic partner. If we’re working through something challenging, you can expect me to be calm and patient. My journey to mental healthcare My journey into therapy began with a passion to learn about human challenges and resilience, and the desire to commit myself to helping others find strength through life’s hardest challenges. Having the opportunity to work with survivors of trauma throughout my career has allowed me to commit to empowering clients to experience lasting emotional growth. My goals for you I believe that therapy is a partnership and that meaningful change begins with feeling heard, understood, and supported in a safe therapeutic space.
