Getting to know Melanie Isles

I have extensive experience providing empathetic, evidence‑based care to children, adolescents, and families. Through comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans, I support clients facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, and behavioral challenges, always with the goal of fostering resilience and long‑term emotional well‑being.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My clinical foundation is shaped by my work across outpatient therapy settings, medical practices, community‑based programs, and advocacy roles. I draw on approaches like cognitive‑behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family‑based interventions, grounding everything I do in empathy, active listening, and strong therapeutic relationships. I also have experience in care coordination, crisis response, and interdisciplinary collaboration, partnering closely with physicians, psychologists, and other providers to ensure comprehensive, effective support for every family I serve.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
