My approach My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). My focus I have a special interest in supporting parents and caregivers, individuals adjusting to new roles or seasons of life, and those experiencing anxiety, burnout, or relational stress.
