Most relevant

My appointment was booked and confirmed through ZocDoc for two weeks ago. The practice then rescheduled it twice. I confirmed the new appointment date/time, received daily email reminders of my appointment, completed all paperwork, and the provider emailed me less than an hour before our scheduled appointment to cancel and tell me she actually wasn't taking new clients. She is still listed as accepting new clients online, and people are able to schedule with her. I took off work for this.
