My name is Melissa Marcano, a Licensed Mental Health and Professional School Counselor with over 10 years of experience working with families and adolescents. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University. My experience spans working with adults, teens, and families in various professional settings, with a strong focus on anxiety, depression, trauma, family relations, and navigating educational and legal systems. I am blessed and honored to be in this profession, helping people through their most difficult times. I also hope that they will trust me to be a part of their journey to fulfillment.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My goal is to assist my clients with their daily struggles or anything that is preventing them from living a fulfilled life. Together we can establish goals to help them find the path to a new future.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
