It is my passion to work with people to move through those tough times in life and come out feeling stronger and happier on the other side. I start by working with clients to understand where they are now and the challenges they are currently facing. I utilize a collaborative approach with clients to develop and implement a plan to assist them with moving forward, while also celebrating successes in the healing process. I believe therapy is not a one size fits all process and work with clients on creative solutions, using creative interventions to meet their needs.
