I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia and a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional. I help adults navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, relationship stress, career struggles, OCD, and ADHD. My goal is to support you in becoming the best version of yourself. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where your unique needs are respected. I value the trust you place in me as your therapist—and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. Reaching out for help takes courage, and I’m proud of you for taking that first step.
I’m LGBTQ+ affirming and provide a safe, respectful space for all identities.
What should a new client know about working with you?
During the first session, you will share with me as much (or as little) about your presenting issue or issues. I never push my clients to discuss more than they are ready to share with me. We will work together to develop a plan for getting you back to being your best self. I will also give you some "homework" consisting of new skills to try before our next session. We will also discuss how often you would like to be seen and make plans for our next session.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
